By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Platform Services

• Task Posting: Users ("Posters") can publish tasks they need completed.
• Offer and Acceptance: Taskers can make offers to complete tasks. A binding contract ("Task Contract") is formed when a Poster accepts an offer.
• Payment: Payments must be processed through the Supertasker platform.

3. User Obligations

• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Prohibited Uses: The platform must not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Fees and Payments

• Service Fees: Users are responsible for all service fees and transaction fees associated with their use of the platform.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Detailed policies regarding cancellations and refunds are included in Appendix B.

5. Dispute Resolution

• Direct Resolution: We encourage Users to resolve disputes among themselves.
• Platform Assistance: Supertasker may offer mediation services to assist in resolving disputes.

6. Intellectual Property

• Platform Content: All intellectual property rights related to the platform and its content are owned by Supertasker.
• User License: Users grant Supertasker a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content they post on the platform.

7. Termination and Suspension

• Account Termination: Users may terminate their account at any time. Supertasker also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

• Changes: Supertasker reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Acceptance: Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
